The lovely Marnie is a frequent contributor to the stock agency, Masterfile. At about this time last year, she agreed to photograph the puppies for me and in return I let her submit a couple of the photos to Masterfile. Recently, one of the photos sold – we’re not sure where, but she thinks it was the Microsoft website.
My favourite place for deals on fonts is myfonts.com. Check out the Specials section – you can even get a free font at the moment.
But if you’ve got the bucks and want something fancier, it’s Veer all the way.
Here’s another design blog by Michael Surtees – a fellow member of the Graphic Designers of Canada. Some interesting stuff.
Here’s one of my favourite Web resources – Webmonkey. Good tutorials, information, etc. Hate the name; love the site.
Check out the blog of Dilbert creator, Scott Adams.

I confess to loving this virtual tour. I first discovered it about 8 years ago after visiting Sydney and the Opera House on a day when there was a performance which meant I couldn’t get in for a real tour.
This is one of the most beautiful buildings in the world – it truly is spectacular juting out over the harbour. Amazing.
Enjoy the virtual tour – follow that bouncing ball!
