, I was thrilled that this was the week Quantum of Solace was released. Have copy, will watch. Repeatedly. So in honour of that momentous event, here is a hysterical video from Youtube featuring Daniel Craig – Enjoy!
Foumd this blog today – belongs to a wonderful designer who has her own letterpress company, Dingbat press. Some wonderful stuff! Here’s the link:
Found this website with these amazing felt dolls – I’m so impressed with the amount of detail in these beautiful little dolls. She is a true artist.
There’s a new WhiteDog in town. One and a half pounds of trouble. She’s fiesty, cute as a button, and a pest – the usual Westie attributes. Welcome, Aberdeen!

Her first day home - and already preparing to steal Stuart's bed!
Proving that I can actually manage to warp a loom, here are a couple of pics of my floor loom, currently dressed with mercerized cotton in the warp. I’m using non-mercerized in the weft and a broken twill pattern – it’s looking pretty good. I think. (ignore the really messy craft area – these photos embarassed me into cleaning it up today…)
In my opinion, this is one of the great mysteries of the world…. I actually fear finishing the piece I currently have on my floor loom because that means I’ll have to go through the process of warping again. Oh well, practice makes perfect, I guess.
This is an interesting video outlining how to warp a loom that I found on Youtube. I thought there would be more videos like this online but I haven’t found many. If you have one, let me know.
